The Inside Sales team is the engine that has fueled OZ World Media’s incredible growth. As the most outward-facing representative of OZ World Media’s brand, our Account Executives interact everyday with business owners, and revolutionize the way these businesses approach advertising. Led by the best in the business, the Account Executive role is the perfect place to take a sales career to the next level through training and mentor ship opportunities. Responsibilities

Aggressively research, develop, and cultivate leads for OZ World Media’s various trade publications (all leads are provided but it will be up to you to close them)
Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Qualify prospective clients by phone and close them
Use consultative sales skills to assess advertising company goals, propose a customized OZ World Media solution, and obtain commitment
Manage relationships with established clients and construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines to develop and maintain a book of business
Communicate ongoing contacts and sales activities utilizing our CRM tool
Provide ongoing and up-to-date documentation to your sales manager and regularly collaborate best deal strategies

Required Skills/Experience

Experience with selling online advertising, direct marketing, local advertising or pharmaceuticals are a plus
Active experience utilizing CRM systems and working knowledge of other technologies; being technically savvy is a must in order to succeed in this role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, very high activity sales role
Demonstrates top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels
Superior organizational skills
Strong knowledge of social media such as Facebook and Twitter
Thrives in an autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines; shows relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace
