OZ World Media is looking for a Superstar Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant specifically skilled in Excel and Adobe Acrobat. You must be reliable, detail oriented, analytical, and committed to meeting deadlines. It is vital that you have excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and organizational skills and the ability to look for ways to improve processes and grow profit.
Duties include:
- Calling clients to confirm email/fax numbers and preparing and sending invite letters to clients
- Preparing lead list spreadsheets for sales teams
- Preparing and sending mass emails to existing and new subscribers
- Mailing magazines to PR firms and potential advertising clients
- Screening inbound incoming phone calls
- Maintaining office sales-boards
- Maintaining employee files, processing payroll, managing new hire and termination paperwork
It is critical that the selected candidate is well versed with Excel & Acrobat knowledge AND have at a solid working knowledge of computers
